The WA Government\u2019s SafeWA app provides an efficient and safe way to record contact details. Signing in is mandatory when entering the hospital.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please see below the announcement we have from the Government and we are following their guidelines.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Please DO NOT ATTEND, if you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have been in contact with someone who is a <strong>confirmed <\/strong>case of Coronavirus COVID-19; or<\/li>\n<li>Have a fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, difficulty breathing, fatigue, or any cold\/flu like symptoms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you fit this criteria please <strong>self-isolate<\/strong> at home until the 15<sup>th<\/sup> day following travel or contact, even if you are well.
